I hereby apply for membership in the Washington Thoroughbred Breeders and Owners Association and, if accepted, I agree to abide by all by-laws and house rules thereof and promise to do my best to promote the Washington Thoroughbred industry. I understand that the annual dues, including a subscription to Washington Thoroughbred, are one hundred fifty dollars ($150) or that a dual membership, which entitles me and my spouse/partner to individual voting and a single subscription, are two hundred dollars ($200) payable with this application and each January 1 thereafter.

NOTE: Washington Thoroughbred Breeders and Owners Association members receive FREE GENERAL ADMISSION to EMERALD DOWNS for member and spouse on any race day during the current calendar year (live or satelliting, on-track only).

The by-laws of the Washington Thoroughbred Breeders and Owners Association read: "The President shall annually, following the annual meeting of the board of trustees, appoint members of each of said standing committees who shall be removable at the will of the president. The committee chairman may appoint additional committee members as he or she sees fits."
